Goal: Produce charts that show the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on emploment levels in Canada

Context

The fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on employment levels across various sectors and regions. The Labour Market Information Council's extensive data set showed a high number of jobs at the start of the pandemic. As part of an online Python course, I decided to have a look and practice my coding skills.

Solutions:

See attachments. I used Python to create charts displaying employment levels by industry and region, aiming to assess the impact in Canada. The results revealed that an uneven recovery disproportionately affected the provinces' accommodation and food service workers. I later used the findings in a Forbes article on Canada's economy.
