Goal: Produce a 2017 Q2 Quarterly Presentation, Highlighting Opportunities For Growth

‍Context

As part of a Udemy course, I received 550k rows raw data about a website security company's 2017 Q2 quarterly earnings. The task was to provide a presentation/report summarizing the Company's performance and calculations. 

Instead of using Excel/Google Sheets, I uploaded the raw data onto Google BigQuery and then transferred it to Google Data Studio to create the charts in the presentation. 

Results

Transferring the data onto Google BigQuery and using Google Data Studio saved 80% of the time compared to Excel/Google Sheets. This allowed me to provide details about the following: 

• Company Performance 
• Product Overview 
• Growth Opportunities
• Improvement Areas 
• Summary
